Ein Rosenkavalier

What does Ein Rosenkavalier (A Knight of the Rose) do after a completely sold-out world tour? The only right thing. He writes a musical homage dedicated to the single topic that can still bring us all together: Feierabend (quitting time).

As a Feierabend fanatic and direct descendant of Goethe and Schiller, Ein Rosenkavalier crafts comparisons and metaphors (“Quitting time is a decision, quitting time is a feeling”) that would make his forefathers jealous. He dedicates this masterpiece to the noun as a part of speech and its distinct inability to be conjugated (“Feierabend is a noun, therefore it is not conjugated”).

Feierabend is the grand finale of time theft, the first sip of a cold hoppy brew, the feeling Jesus must have had when he emerged from his cave after three days, and the latest evergreen hit from Indie-Schlager prophet Ein Rosenkavalier. It is his ode to the working population and the freedom of choice over one's own permanent employment.
